Measure 24 of Dynamo should be sticked the same as measure 4.
Feel free to ask any questions about anything you may have.

for Dynamo, are we going to play down beats at the end of each/any section of the warm-up, or are we going to play it as written by ending on the "and of 4"each time?

My intention for now is to have yinz play Dynamo as written (ending on the "& of 4") each time. I know it might sound a little funny ending it that way, but part of the idea behind of this exercise is to get you out of your comfort zone - especially in Variations 2 & 4. If it ends up being too awkward, we can always throw in the old standard "unison release on 1" - but probably not until the very last rep.

My question is about measure 18 in Marshall, beat 3 specifically. I was just wondering if beat 3 should read "uni-one-two-two" instead of "uni-one-one-two." Why I say that is because the prior beats follow a split eighth pattern while playing sixteenth notes. Beat 3 seems odd in that the two drum is the only drum in that measure to come in on any other beat other than a down or "and" beat. Let me know if that was intended or if it should be something other than whats written. Thanks.

Good question. Just play it as written for now, but be prepared for me to change it when I actually hear you play it
